De forum-software zou, als BOOTZ tijd en zin heeft, naar 2.0.22 kunnen worden geupdate.
Misschien kunnen we ook even kijken of deze MOD voor phpBB het installeren waard is. Het zou het verwijderen van spammers ernstig vereenvoudigen, de handelingen die nu gedaan moeten worden om een spam-user te verwijderen zijn op zijn zachts gezegd vreselijk omslachtig.
Inmiddels staan al weer een ruime honderd van die (l)users te wachten op mijn stoffer en blik.

Langzaam (  ) maar zeker komt phpBB versie 3 toch dichterbij. Onlangs is RC5 vrijgegeven. Ik weet niet hoeveel RC's ze nog willen gaan uitbrengen, maar meer dan 10 kunnen het er toch haast niet worden. 
Zullen we dan ooit nog nieuwe features gaan meemaken, hopelijk features waardoor we van die stinkspammerTs afraken?

Uit de releasenotes van RC4:

Wekt de indruk dat het geheel nogal buggy is. RC4 zou gold gaan als er geen bugs meer opduiken.
RC5 gaat al gold als er geen kritieke bugs meer opduiken. Volgens mijn simpel boeren verstand krioelt het dus nog van de niet-kritieke beestjes.

Ik zit net de features van phpBB 3 te bekijken en wat mij opvalt is dat HTML in posts in phpBB 3 niet meer ondersteund wordt.
Moeten we wel even rekening mee houden ivm het posten van stats
